Z Fail - Car's Gasoline Range

My car failed to calculate the exact range of kilometers it still can run with respect to the gasoline it has. Well it calculated a 2449 km range ( that is about 14 times the length of Lebanon).Normally on full tank the maximum range would be in the 500's.

Jouwar لبنان

The Lebanese are notoriously known to create new innovations to let people forget their problems or find a way to enjoy them.

The HTC flyer is another tablet that will be hitting the Lebanese market soon. Though, if you are not in Lebanon, you might have probably seen, bought, or tried it .

City Cycle - Human Powered Bar Vehicle

This vehicle, the City Cycle , is a unique party bus that allows 14 people to sit on a bar and drink some beer while they pedal and power the vehicle. It has no gasoline, natural gas or even diesel engine so basically it is human powered and thus eco friendly .

I know that most of you have seen this add but it is an awesome ad.

I can't say other than Chapeau Bas for Fadi Raidy's work in this commercial. He  is by far my favorite Lebanese Comedian of all time.

This Ad makes me crave for some Cornelli ice-cream but too bad I can't find any nearby store who sells Cornelli.

Have you heard about the new Lebanese movie,Sorry Mom? It will be released in cinemas on the 9th of June. I was checking out Apple's website when I saw this following picture saying that the iPhone 4 is now available in white.Aren't they a bit too late to post on their website ? I saw about more than 4 months ago at a near mobile store the white iPhone 4.

Mathematical Trick with Playing Cards

Have you seen the new Dell Inspiron Duo, with the flip screen, billboard ads? When I saw  it I was curious to look it up. 

The Inspiron is both a laptop and a tablet at  once. You either use it like a normal laptop or flip the screen to the other side and it becomes a tablet .

At first I thought it would be a calculator to add the prices as usual .Then I went to check it out and it turns out to be a touch-screen with a built in barcode scanner found on the lower part of the box

Amazing Paintings by an Armless Man

This post I posted two days ago but after Bloggers "Maintenance " it vanished . Blogger says that in the weekend most of the posts that vanished will be back. So until then , this is the post of the amazing armless painter.

Huang Guofu is an inspiration to us all. At the young age of 4, he lost his arms in a terrible electric shock accident. That didn’t stop him from following his dreams, however, and at age 12, he began painting with his feet.

At age 18, Huang's father became very ill, so the teenager needed to make money for his father's treatments. He quit his studies and started traveling to other Chinese cities, creating beautiful paintings on the side of streets, selling them to those that would pass by. During his travels, he learned to paint with his mouth, which he found to be a more elegant method than using his right leg.

Blogger's Unprofessional Behavior

If you haven’t heard about it yet, Blogger/Blogspot was temporarily turned into read-only mode yesterday in order to do some maintenance and updates on the blogs’ layouts and platforms. The read-only mode means that bloggers cannot blog and the readers cannot even comment.

Many people around the globe use Blogger to blog about their interests for fun (like me) and others blog because it is their job.  For instance, many journalists do live blogging where they report live news from where they are and are paid by a firm or through advertising found on their blog. Yesterday, journalists and others couldn’t complete their normal jobs because of the “Read-Only” mode. On Twitter thousands of bloggers started complaining about the situation by trending #Blogger or even mentioning @Blogger in their tweets.

Blogger was so unprofessional because it didn’t reply to any complaints on twitter or any other place on the net except with “Our sincere apologies. We’re working hard to restore service, and your loyalty. http://goo.gl/VbkjZ .” Moreover Blogger didn’t mention a date and time of when the blogs will be back to normal. In addition to all these terrible mistakes Blogger even removed the newest posts and comments.

 Consequently, many bloggers created new blogs on either “Wordpress”, “Tumblr” or other open source blog tools and publishing platforms. I, on the other hand, stuck with Blogger for the day (because I think it is very user friendly) and thankfully it is not on read-only mode anymore.

Frem Automotive by David Frem

Frem Automotive is a car design and manufacturing Lebanese company founded by David Frem .
David Frem is a 29 year old who graduated few years ago from AUST - American University of Science and Technology- with a bachelor degree in Interior Design. For his final project at the university he decided to build a car and  name it Frem F1. He started with a small model of the car and ended up with this masterpiece back in 2008.

This has to be one of the worst inventions I have ever seen. Who would ever wear such a stupid thing on his nose to use his mobile touchscreen ??

Sony Announces 2 New Android Based Tablets

Sony was late for the tablet table but the wait might be worthwhile.

Sony announced on the 26th of april,2011 two new tablet the names S1 and S2. The final name will be announced at their launch this fall ,2011.
